Welcome to the Bon Accord Community School Hot Lunch on-line system. On this site, parents, teachers and school staff will be able to place hot lunch orders. Our Spring 2024 ordering system is now live!
Enter your username and password. If you do not remember your username, please email bacslunch@outlook.com and we can look it up for you.
If you have a credit on your account, it will show when you click on orders or under Account Transactions. If you have questions or your credit is not showing, please email bacslunch@outlook.com and we will look into it.
Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
New User
If you are a new user - click on "Click Here to Register".
Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
Click the Attendees button and then click Add New. You will then enter your child’s name, and then you will be asked to choose their class. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
KINDERGARTEN DAYS (KM or KT) ARE MENTIONED ON MENUS, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ORDER ON THE CORRECT DAYS AS NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
Online Payments:
We are ONLY accepting online payments for hot lunch and are able to offer two options:
We are able to accept online credit card payments through the Hot Lunches website and their provider - Bambora. Processing fees will apply for payments paid online through Bambora
E-Transfers – payments can be sent to bacslunch@outlook.com – please ensure you put your child’s name and class in the message. If a password is required, please us hotlunch (all one word, lowercase)
If you are not able to pay online - please email bacslunch@outlook.com and other arrangements can be discussed.
Absolutely no late orders will be accepted after due date.
The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple
Important Notes:
If your child(ren) is absent on the day he/she has ordered, no refunds will be given. You can email bacslunch@outlook.com by 11 am to let us know if you will be picking up the lunch or to request us to deliver to another person. Please do not call the school as it is the Hot Lunch Team that needs this information.
In the event of bus cancellations (inclement weather) on a hot lunch day, no hot lunch will be served and a new date will try to be scheduled for all students that purchased based on the vendors cancellation policy.
If you choose not to participate in the hot lunch program for any reason and you have not provided a lunch for your child on a hot lunch day, your child will be sent to the office where they will follow normal protocol for this situation (which is a phone call to ask parents to bring a in a lunch for their child).
Free hot lunches will be available to students periodically. However, they will be included on the online order and must be completed for the child in order for them to be included.
